Annual Care Plan

Two visits a year. Booked once, handled.

Your spring and fall maintenance visits are scheduled the day you sign up, timed for before summer heat and before holiday cruising season. I'll text a reminder a week ahead. Each visit is the full maintenance service with a written condition report, so anything wearing out gets flagged before it fails.

Good to know

What brands do you work on?

Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and the newer brands like ICON, Evolution, EPIC, Royal EV, Bintelli, Denago and Kandi. Electric and gas.

Do I need to be home?

Not for maintenance or detailing, as long as the cart is reachable and the key is left where we agree. Detailing is a waterless wash, so I don't need a hose or water hookup, and it can be done right in your garage.

How does same-day work in Nocatee?

Book by 9 AM and I'll come out that afternoon when a slot is open. Same-day slots are limited each day, so the earlier the better. Annual Care Plan visits are scheduled in advance instead.

What happens when you pick up my cart?

We walk around it together and I photograph it from every side, so its condition is on record before it leaves your driveway. You sign off on the photos, and I send you a copy.

Can you make my cart faster?

Yes, up to 25 mph. Carts that came from the dealer as titled LSVs get tuned to their rated 25 mph, no paperwork needed. For a golf cart that isn't titled, I'll raise the speed on request once you sign a short form acknowledging that above 20 mph Florida treats it as a low-speed vehicle, which needs a title, plate and insurance to drive on the road. I don't set any cart above 25 mph.

Do you check and repair lithium batteries?

Yes. If your lithium cart is losing range, not charging, or throwing errors, I'll check the battery at your home for $99. If it needs a repair, you get a written quote first, and the $99 is credited toward it when you approve.

Do you service carts you didn't sell?

Yes. Carts bought from Eluxen get free pickup and return and first priority on the schedule.
